This episode is so cool and acting is quite good especially by the mother of the "mysterious boy in the water". Liked the wild concept and interesting plot twist / resolution. Big thumbs up on this one!

Haunani Minn plays Ilima Parker in this rather spooky episode of Magnum, P. I.. In fact, Haunani was married to Marc Singer until her untimely death in 2014.
Here this episode of Magnum. P. I. Is quite spooky and surreal, and kind of reflects the evolution of the series that on the face of it is about flashy cars, skimpy women and sunny Hawaii and everything that goes with that.
The ending was quite spooky, and kind of one that Leonard Nimoy, the host of In Search Of... would be incredibly proud of. Was it kind of Hawaiian Rapture payback I'm not sure but kind of reminded me of In Search Of...
