The Junction Boys (2002)
Really good compelling movie
I saw this film last night and was really impressed. The story line was good and Tom Berringer I thought was a great Bear Bryant.I learned about the man through his portrayal of him. I am not going to get into what it is about because we already know but I will say at the end I got a little emotional and that is a hard thing for a film to make me do. Out of a 10 I give it a 7.
Mean Machine (2001)
A pathetic ripoff
I got this film as a free rental and I must say I am glad it is free. This is a pathetic ripoff of one of the greatest football movies ever. I am actually at a loss for words how to describe how bad it is. For some reason I thought it would be a sequel of some sort to the Longest Yard, but was fooled. It is nothing but a cheap immitation.
House Party 4: Down to the Last Minute (2001)
This movie STUNK
I just saw this film and IMO it STUNK. I am a big fan of The House Party movies and this particular one was not even funny. Someone said the music in this one was better than the others. I strongly disagree. The music has no substance rhythm or beat to it. Just sounded like alot of mumbling and people beating drumsticks together. At least 1-3 were funny and had at least myself laughing the whole time. I equate the 1st 3 movies to the Friday series now. House Party 4 cannot touch the first 3 or any of the Friday movies.
Charles in Charge (1984)
I am hooked
I used to think that this was the stupidest show ever put on television, But I never gave it a chance. Now it is on Nick At Nite I have begun to slowly but surely grown to like it. Josie Davis is my favorite out of them all.And I still cannot believe that is Nicole Eggert as jamie. At any rate the plots are sophmoric yet somehow seem to always get a laugh out of me (maybe I am getting more sophmoric in my old age, although keep in mind i am only a few years older than josie and Nicole and much younger than Scott and Willie) But I just wanted to say I like it and as corny as the theme song is I find myself always singing it. Gosh What has happened to me? Anyway give it a run you might grow to like it also.
