- TriviaPeri Gilpin and Ted Danson portray married couple DB and Barbara Russell. This is of interest because Peri Gilpin portrayed "Roz" on Frasier. Roz met and was very attracted to Ted Danson's "Sam Malone" from "Cheers" when he guest-starred on Frasier in The Show Where Sam Shows Up (1995). Gilpin had in fact guest-starred on Cheers (1982) before, though as a different character.

Undersheriff Jeffrey McKeen Returns
During the campaign for the reelection of Sheriff Sherry Liston, the famous Jack Gilmore is the host. While Sheriff Liston is speaking, a bodyguard, a man and a woman are killed in a motel. Ecklie is informed and goes with Russel investigate the crime scene that is close to the event where they are. They identify the victims as the drug dealer Donny Price, his bodyguard and his lover and Jack Gilmore's wife Veronica Gilmore. Jack becomes Finn's prime suspect but for political reasons, she cannot process him. All the evidence points to jack Gilmore, but Finn concludes that Jack has not killed his wife. Lt. Paul Kimball is called to assist the investigation, since he is the leader of an undercover operation to catch Donny Price. When the CSI finds that Kimball lured Jack Gilmore and the weapon used in the murders belonged to the former Undersheriff Jeffrey McKeen, they bring him from the prison to be interrogated.
"Homecoming" is probably the best episode of the Twelfth Season of the "CSI". The cliffhanger in the end seems to be a promise of an excellent sequel. Conor O'Farrell has an excellent performance in the role of the disgusting Undersheriff Jeffrey McKeen, who killed the CSI Warrick. I believe that the feelings of Nick towards McKenn is the same of all CSI viewers. Looking forward to see how this situation will be resolved in the next episode. My vote is nine.
