- William is the only grandson of producer/agent Martin Jurow. The Pink Panther (1963), Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961), The Great Race (1965), and Terms of Endearment (1983), are Jurow's most revered motion picture productions.
- Frank Eliscu, William's great uncle, was a well known and respected member of the National Sculpture Society. He was also selected to sculpt the Heisman Trophy at the age of 23. Frank Eliscu was responsible for many other noteworthy commissions including President Gerald Ford's Official Presidential Inaugural Medal. In addition, Frank gave William his first formal sculpting instruction on a Florida vacation. William, and his father, Webb C. Eliscu, were both deeply inspired by their uncle Frank. Frank Eliscu was born July 13, 1912, in Washington Heights, New York. He passed away June 19, 1996, in Sarasota, Florida.

- While working on the 1st Pilot of "Sons of Anarchy" as the graphic designer in the art department, William Eliscu designed the costume details for the Mayans Motorcycle Club's vests and jackets. The insignia and the bottom & top rocker designs were realized in the pilot episode and live-on through-out every season "S.o.A." aired.
