Jujutsu Kaisen is diving into a story no one even anticipated. Usually, when characters die in the story, they stay dead. One way or another, they find their place back in the resting grounds. Sometimes there may be exceptions, such as the protagonist himself, Itadori Yuji. However, it is rare to find the soul itself returning. Such was the case with another tragic character, Gojo Satoru.

The latest chapter, 261, has driven the fans into a frenzy over the direction in which Gege Akutami is taking the story. On one hand, fans were anticipating Gojo’s return while on another they were sure Kenjaku had taken over his body. What they got instead was a twisted and bizarre mixture of the two, while literally making Yuta the next Gojo.

The second season of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime that came out last year was greatly appreciated by the fans. Anime is all but defined by the action shonen genre in the eyes of the general public. Much like the box office used to be dominated by superhero movies, the biggest anime tend to be action shonen shows about teenage boys awakening some big power and using the magic of friendship to overcome challenges. This can be a problem when reducing the medium to a single genre for newcomers. Still, after you watch a few shonen, you realize that the ones that stand out and become phenomena are those that take those formulas and tropes and make them their own.
One such anime is "Black Cover," studio Pierrot's adaptation of Yūki Tabata's manga of the same name. The story is set in a world where everyone can use magic, and we follow a boy named Asta who was born without magic — but instead with anti-magic abilities — who nevertheless wants...

Fearfiction didn’t think cosplay was going to work out for her.
She’d always been a big fan of manga and anime. In fact, anime is “all I watch,” she says. “I barely watch anything else. I connect with it the most.”
And, when you love anime, it’s only natural that you run into cosplay. You either know cosplayers, have cosplayed yourself, or see every fan convention you go to chock full of people dressed up as their favorite characters. Fearfiction–aka Gabby–knew she liked cosplay, but the idea of getting into it herself was intimidating. The costumes she saw were spectacles of skill. She’d have to learn sewing, wig styling, makeup, and much, much more.
“How do you even start with that?...

Anime is saturated with superpowers. Strength. Intelligence. Charisma. Most characters have one or all three of these qualities. But what about when you don’t live in the spotlight as the most enviable hero? What about when the world is stacked against you in the most basic of ways, and what about those who suffer from an accessibility standpoint? Today, on Global Accessability Awareness Day , I’m going to take a closer look at three anime that deal with invisible disabilities, primarily deafness, and how characters overcome the challenges they face. To show the way people with disabilities interact in the world and with others without reducing them to their conditions is no small feat. It takes a tremendous amount of care and empathy, and encourages those of us who struggle that we matter. We’re seen. These anime are giving voice and shedding light and awareness on something that is often neglected or avoided.

He had to face several complexities, including his physical and mental conditions to reach the end. Regular followers of Hunter x Hunter manga know not to expect two chapters in a row. If you did receive a few chapters on time, you have probably used up all your luck for the next year or two.
Yoshihiro Togashi’s Hunter x Hunter is probably the only manga that is just as famous for its frequent breaks as it is for its superb plot. This has led the fandom to dub the series as Hiatus x Hiatus. Despite the jokes, every reader is aware of Yoshihiro Togashi’s health condition and they continue to provide unconditional support to him.

Informally known as Hiatus×Hiatus, the Hunter×Hunter manga is one of the biggest enigmas from that world. The series was started by Yoshihiro Togashi back in 1998, and it is still ongoing, although the series has had so many health-related hiatuses that there is only a handful of hopefuls who think that the manga is actually going to be finished and that Togashi will be able to tell his story as he wanted to tell it, without rushing it or shortening it. While the series restarted relatively recently, the publication schedule was all but regular, and the series soon ended on another hiatus.
But, a recent Tweet by Togashi himself suggests that the manga might come back soon. Based on the picture and the message, it seems that Togashi has recovered enough to continue his work and we only hope that he will have a good streak and that he will...

Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto features Itachi Uchiha for 24 episodes in the show. However, that does not limit his popularity because the impact he left in those episodes is immaculate. The Uchiha was truly a definition of what a true shinobi should be like, as he willingly showcased himself as a villain and protected the Hidden Leaf Village from the shadows.
Itachi Uchiha
The tragic hero put the safety of the village above his own needs, as he murdered his entire clan and if that wasn’t enough, he went on to infiltrate the Akatsuki to provide valuable information. The entire saga made the character so popular that Kishimoto-san is copying the entire arc in Boruto, as he has decided to make the protagonist have the same faith as the ill-fated Uchiha.

A few years ago, Masashi Kishimoto and Yoshihiro Togashi sat down together for an interview, where they also answered some fan questions about their creative process and other aspects of Naruto and Hunter x Hunter. One fan question during the discussion prompted Togashi to compare Kishimoto to Hayao Miyazaki of Studio Ghibli.

Miyazaki is one of the legends in the anime industry and is known primarily for his works like Spirited Away, The Boy and the Heron, Princess Mononoke, Howl’s Moving Castle, Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, and many more. During the interview, Kishimoto and Togashi were discussing their drawing skills when they were kids, and that’s when Togashi compared Kishimoto’s skills with Studio Ghibli’s director.

These questions revolved around their process of drawing such great mangas, their characters, shaping their storylines, and even the inspirations behind the series that motivated them.

During the discussion, both Kishimoto and Togashi were asked about the concepts from the real world that helped them shape the fantastical universe of their storylines. While Kishimoto explained how he used empathy as a tool to make a connection with readers of the Naruto manga, Togashi had a different approach altogether for Hunter x Hunter.
Togashi explained that he used his own experiences and created a story with references to these experiences. He also talked about how he decided to include the real-life issues of others in his story to make it look more realistic. The ideal example of this was...

The mythical world of Naruto, which features supernatural elements such as Ninjas and Jutsus, may appear to be the most intriguing aspect of Masashi Kishimoto’s work, yet it was not the primary focus. Masashi Kishimoto has always been a master at what he does, hence being regarded as one of the most skilled and talented mangaka of the shonen genre. His storytelling abilities coincide with the extraordinary character designs and sketches, contributing to what makes Naruto such a well-liked series.

Be it the movies, anime, or manga, it stands in the big three for a season no one can turn a blind eye to. It’s the question for every anime enthusiast who is recommending a series, or an exploratory watcher curious to dive into the world of anime for the first time. However, there’s no clear answer. While anime is thankfully more accessible than it’s ever been, there are so many characters, plots, genres and themes that you might feel overwhelmed at first glance. Inspiration can strike from anywhere and everywhere, something Hunter x Hunter creator Yoshihiro Togashi knows all too well. In both of his renowned works, there has been an exceptional display of skill as a writer as well as an artist. However, what is more eye-catching than anything else is the attention to detail put into the character designs.
Killua in Hunter x Hunter
There is never a solid source of inspiration. It could be the most life-changing movie or it could be a garbage can; there is no in-between. Togashi’s love for the dark and gory mixed with a yearning interest in the horror genre brings about a great deal of ideas that can lead to some of the most interestingly drawn panels.

Yoshihiro Togashi is seen by many as one of the most influential manga artists ever. He created two very popular series, Hunter X Hunter and Yu Yu Hakusho, which have had a big effect on manga.

At the age of 24, Togashi made a significant step forward with the introduction of YuYu Hakusho, a series combining supernatural elements and fighting comedy that was well-received by readers.
