- Several men are fully nude in a mental institution. One man is fully nude with his genitals visible, and other men's backsides can be seen.
- In the extended director's cut, a woman strips nude. Her bare breasts are seen briefly in a few shots.
- A man sensuously kisses the breasts of a woman in a low-cut gown.
- The theatrical version lacks the female nudity, but despite its PG rating, does include the full-frontal male nudity in the asylum--presumably overlooked by the MPAA raters.
