Twilight of the Yakuza (2013)
Try to avoid the Nakamura parts
Watching this documentary whilst Nakamura was on screen really made it look like a parody.
Old guy pretending he was some tough guy constantly made the whole thing off putting.
Utopia (2020)
Absolute Garbage compared to the original
Do yourself a favour and watch the UK version of this series(it's also on Amazon Prime) and ignore this.
Do-ga-ni (2011)
Absolutely Heartbreaking
I felt like I was crying for the entire movie, these things happen in the real world
3 from Hell (2019)
Worst of the trilogy
It's just plain terrible, avoid as it will leave you thinking the other 2 films probably weren't that great.
Take Us Home: Leeds United (2019)
Average... Just Average
Nothing much is shown from a behind the scenes viewpoint here, they rarely show Leeds losing a game, you'd think they won every league game that season the way they were playing off the show. Nothing will top the Man City documentary that was shown on Amazon Prime which legit showed EVERYTHING, too many fans shown and interviewed over actual club information.
Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood (2019)
It's...Ok?
Watched this last night and came out of it thinking there wasn't really a story at all just a lot of scenes put together and acted well, worth a watch but probably my least favourite Tarantino movie.
Black Mirror: Bandersnatch (2018)
Good Concept, Shame The Story Was A Weak One
My mind was blown at the choose your own adventure style but as the story continued I was losing interest fast, probably would have given it a 4 but the choose your own path boosted it up to a 7.
Crow's Blood (2016)
Good Idea wasted.
First couple of episodes were good, kinda went down hill from there
Nobushi no Gourmet (2017)
Puts a smile on your face
The stories surrounding each episode aren't particularly interesting but I couldn't help but smile during every episode as this 60 year old man sat down and ate a meal.
Girl from Nowhere (2018)
WATCH IT NOW
I heard good things about it so I turned on Netflix and basically binged the whole show within a day.
Nanno is brilliant, the stories are interesting and at the end I wanted more. The only reason I give it an 8 as there are a couple of episodes I didn't find interesting but the rest are really good. WATCH IT NOW
Kakegurui (2018)
Enjoyed
Loved the characters and the story, was hoping for more, upset they've only released 10 episodes as I got through them in one evening
Death Note (2017)
Avoid
They tried to make a 90min movie from an anime that consists of 37 episodes, awful, rushed and poor acting.
