The Invisible Man (2020)
Thrilling, just enough suspense, and something that I really just wasn't expecting
I really liked this film. It was different and definitely grabbed my attention. Good movement too and not too drawn out, but didn't move too fast either. Definitely a good amount of suspense and thrill for my liking.
Fatal Crossing (2017)
OMG Don't watch, trust me you will save some time out out of your day...
This film is terrible to say the least. I couldn't even follow after the first few minutes. Scenes seemed extremely disjointed, story line was confusing, and the acting was really really forced. Just not a good movie at all...I agree lifetime movies are more engaging with better acting than this! I've seen low budget films on youtube better than this! This is horrible!
The Neighbor (2017)
Depressing, yet believable.....
Thought it was a perfect film to be honest. Slow-paced (my FAVORITE), but there is a lot of subtly in the character that William portrayed. Films like these ones you have to be patient and watch the movie inside of the movie as so to speak. You have to be an open minded when you watch this. If you are just looking for a thriller action packed movie or a plot to kind of just tell the whole theme for you scene by scene, then this is not your film! The mood is very calm in this movie, but it's sad also. Kind of minds me of American Beauty a bit but even more depressive. I loved it!
Freier Fall (2013)
the beauty and the slowness of this film draws you in ....
This film is beyond words beautiful. The rawness and connection between these two actors and their characters is beyond beautiful. I must admit I've watched this movie over six times and I fall in love with it each and every time there is not one part I don't like. It's a real drama and part of me wishes that Kay would have been apart of Marc's life forever ...but it tore me apart and yes I cried
Most films now a days lack originality and they lack some real connection between characters. You could see the relationship between Marc and his girlfriend but you could also see the social norms and expectations for how you were supposed to love in this film. Kay was not the social expectation , but you knew that deep down inside Marc loved Kay, the difference was that Kay didn't let people control him and control his life. However Marc was controlled by people around him which made it difficult to accept the fact of his feelings for this man. Its so real and raw which makes it beautiful . like even when he was trying to rationalize he wasn't gay, that had nothing to do with it, you really can't help who you fall in love with.
