Tracy Tudor was in the new trailer for Million Dollar Listing Season 15. As expected, when some fans watched the trailer, they didn’t want to talk about the new season. They chose to judge many of the show’s stars, specifically Tracy. The biggest complaint was that she had lost a lot of weight. Some even accused her of plastic surgery.
This isn’t the first time fans have passed judgment on Tracy, and she usually lets fans have it right back at them.

The new Million Dollar Listing trailer hit and Tracy Tudor showed off her incredible weight loss. She was already a fit woman, but she had gotten even smaller. This has some fans thinking there is something wrong with her. Others accused her of plastic surgery.

Netflix’s Selling franchise, which started with Selling Sunset, is heading to the Big Apple.
The streamer has ordered Selling The City, set in New York City. It is the latest expansion of the property franchise, which has already spawned Selling The Oc and Selling Tampa.
The show is one of a number of new orders at Netflix, which has also greenlit competition series Building The Band and Battle Camp. The shows were revealed by new reality boss Jeff Gaspin, who spoke to Deadline about its overall unscripted strategy.
Selling The City follows agents at real estate brokerage Douglas Elliman as they navigate the cutthroat world of luxury real estate in New York City.
It comes from Adam Divello and his Done and Done Productions, which is behind Selling Sunset and Selling The Oc as well as Selling Tampa. The Hills creator Divello exec produces alongside Skyler Wakil, Chris Cullen and Kris Lindquist.

Peacock wants to get nostalgic with some of Bravo’s most famous past titles, including ‘The Rachel Zoe Project,’ ‘Million Dollar Listing’ and more.
The 2023 strikes from Hollywood’s biggest actors and writers’ unions were eminently avoidable, but studios chose to play hardball with union reps and force work stoppages. TV networks and streaming services are just now getting their scripted titles back on screens, but Peacock is pulling a move that might make audiences think the strikes are still going! This month, Peacock will be adding over 15 titles pulled from the pile of unscripted reality shows from Bravo’s past; old fan-favorites like “The Real Housewives of D.C.” and many more are coming to the platform in April.
Newly imported Bravo titles will begin arriving on Peacock on April 15. Sixteen titles have been announced for the rollout, and Peacock pledges that more will be included. Peacock is already home...

Caroline Stanbury has signed with CAA for agency representation.
Stanbury first starred in the Bravo reality series “Ladies of London,” which followed a “Real Housewives”-like format, and ran for three seasons from 2014 to 2017. She was the show’s breakout cast member, and became known for her cutting, quotable remarks during on-camera arguments.
The show’s series finale, “Dubai Felicia,” featured a goodbye party thrown for Stanbury before she moved to the United Arab Emirates to follow a career opportunity for her then-husband, financier Cem Habib, with whom she has three children. The pair divorced in 2019.
In 2021, Bravo greenlit its first international iteration of the “Real Housewives” franchise: “The Real Housewives of Dubai,” which featured Stanbury in a new relationship with ex-Real Madrid soccer player Sergio Carallo during the lead up to their wedding, alongside cast members Chanel Ayan, Caroline Brooks, Sara Al Madani, Lesa Milan and Nina Ali (who...

In what may be the biggest numbers racked up by any real estate team in the United States in 2023 — a challenging year for residential sales across the country — the Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman tells The Hollywood Reporter exclusively that it closed $3.77 billion in deals last year.
The team, co-founded by Fredrik Eklund (former star of Bravo’s reality series Million Dollar Listing) and John Gomes, counts around 80 agents on its roster who work in celebrity-heavy markets in four states: New York, Florida, California and Texas.
Contributing to that $3.77 billion number is the fact that around 25 of Eklund Gomes Team’s agents made more than $1 million in commissions last year and “13 of our agents had better years in 2023 than they did in 2022,” says Eklund Gomes Team CEO Julia Spillman. Adds Eklund, “We’re proud.”

“We had a 13-year run of a robust market and are experiencing a necessary cycle change,” says Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates, reflecting on the 36 percent drop in luxury home sales that hit L.A. in the second quarter. Meanwhile, the median price of a home in Los Angeles hovered at $963,000, down 1 percent from the previous year. The decline can be attributed to a combination of high interest rates, the dual strikes that hit Hollywood and the new Ula mansion tax, in which home sellers in the city of Los Angeles must pay at least a 4 percent transfer on any sales above $5 million. “Sellers are hesitant to sell given these barriers,” says Akg’s Aaron Kirman.
Despite the challenges, L.A.’s agents (chosen based on total sales volume, Hollywood clients and media visibility) continued to smash records, led by the most expensive sale in California history — Beyoncé and...

It’s perhaps the key reason he’s become the no. 1 Re/Max real estate agent in the world and a go-to agent who sells some $300 million in residential real estate a year to top athletes, music stars and actors alike. “His enthusiastic energy could easily light up the entire state,” says his client Sylvester Stallone, who wrote the book’s forward.
But that doesn’t mean Cohen — who concentrates on celeb-heavy areas near Los Angeles like Hidden Hills and Westlake Village — doesn’t get an attack of nerves once in a while. The worst? When he was going to meet Stallone, his film idol, in person about selling a house for him. As he recounts in his new book,...

“The first thing Ru said was, ‘I’ll do anything but a competition elimination show.'” So says Emmy-winning executive producer Tom Campbell, who was in the room where it happened when the idea for RuPaul’s Drag Race first came to be nearly two decades ago. In an exclusive interview with TV Insider during the 2022-23 Emmys voting period, Campbell took us through Drag Race‘s fabulous history, from the first meeting where its format and most of its iconic catchphrases were born through its multi-network rise to being one of television’s most successful reality competition series. With his 12 total trophies and seven consecutive wins for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Competition Program, RuPaul has won the most Emmys of any Black artist in history (he’s nominated again this year). Campbell, who works for World of Wonder (the production company behind the Drag Race and Million Dollar Listing...

“Vanderpump Rules” star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss is not part of the BravoCon 2023 lineup that was revealed Friday morning. The former pageant queen and Scandoval participant has not been filming the Bravo reality show — currently in production for eleventh season — and appeared this week on Bethenny Frankel’s podcast to speak out against the network.
Among her claims, Leviss says she has not “seen a penny” after the highly-rated tenth season that focused on her secret relationship with costar Tom Sandoval, who was in a long-term relationship with Ariana Madix. On Friday, Leviss announced she has no plans to return to reality TV and has a “no contact” policy with her former castmates.
Frankel is also not part of the BravoCon lineup, which moves from New York to Las Vegas this year.

Sex and the City fans were recently treated to a Bravo mashup between Ryan Serhant and the HBO series spin-off And Just Like That‘s … Seema Patel (Sarita Choudhury).
In And Just Like That … Season 2, episode 9, Seema scours the Manhattan landscape for the perfect pad for client Ravi Gordi (Armin Amiri). She finds a great apartment, represented by Serhant, who plays himself. Ravi doesn’t seem impressed, but he hasn’t seemed impressed with any of the listings.
Ultimately Serhant allows Seema and Ravi to explore the place, which is when the two realize they have hot chemistry, which they can no longer deny. They have sex in the apartment, something Seema has never done before with a client. As they leave, she lets Serhant know that they’ll take the place – and he can tell exactly how she “closed the deal.”
Serhant teased his role on the show in an Instagram video.

Josh Flagg from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles has always thrown shade at the agents on Selling Sunset, but this time the agents from the Netflix show definitely seem to be in on the joke.
Flagg recently viewed some of the “shadiest moments” from Selling Sunset and shared his thoughts about the show on Instagram. He joked about expecting to see a show about real estate but “none of these people have licenses.” Flagg also said all the agents “look the same” plus he laughed at the drama, seemingly enjoying the show.
‘Selling Sunset’ cast responds to Josh Flagg’s observations
For the most part, the Selling Sunset cast hasn’t made many comments about the Million Dollar Listing shade other than saying that they are real agents who sell real estate. This time though some joked back to Flagg on his Instagram post.
