- TriviaThe second remake of the Tamil language film Kushi (2000) after the Telugu language Khushi (2001). All three films were directed by S.J. Suryah, meaning he essentially directed the same film three times in a row with different actors in four years.
- GoofsDuring roll credits the narrators say that Karan and Khushi had 17 children in 8 years. 7 twins and 1 triplet. This would be statistically (such occurrences are extremely rare) and biologically impossible.

'Pooh' that!!
Khushi review :
A South remake gone horribly wrong in Hindi only due to the female lead's over the top performance; Khushi became an unwatchable fare all thanks to Kareena's over the top screeching throughout the movie. Maybe, Bebo was still in her 'Pooh' mode but while the hamming worked well in Karan Johar's Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, it turned out to be horrendous in Khushi. Her co-star Fardeen stood like a rock (pun intended!!) there while Bebo dear hammed to the hilt. Yikes!!
Actually, Fardeen and Kareena looked good together and I loved their chemistry in this movie as well as Fida (2004) but Khushi was a sheer waste of time. Bebo dear screwed up another movie with the same amount of hamming and that was Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon (2003). And this time, even Hrithik Roshan joined her in all the cheese and ham. Phew!!
