Biography Veronika Mohireva is a rising star of theater and cinema, a talented singer who does not follow clichés and finds her own ways for development. The multiple winner of vocal competitions managed to "light up" on television, although she exchanged a ticket to the Voice project for a complete immersion in the educational process. However, she soon put a tick in the list of achievements in front of this line.
Childhood and youth The future Assol in the musical "Scarlet Sails" was born on December 19, 1998 in Yekaterinburg. From an early age, the girl fell in love with music, so her parents sent her to a music school. In parallel, she attended language courses.
In a regular school, according to the artist's personal confession, she studied well, but was known as a hooligan. However, this did not prevent her from graduating from a general educational institution with a gold medal.
The talents of the student allowed her to take a place in the jazz choir of the Sverdlovsk State Children's Philharmonic. The soloist as part of the team repeatedly went to international competitions, and even won first place in Switzerland.
In addition to the music school and the choir, the girl went to the vocal teacher in parallel. However, such employment did not prevent the schoolgirl from drawing, embroidering and walking with friends. Veronica also wrote songs herself, and also founded the rock band Replay, in which she was responsible for vocals, played drums and a synthesizer.
A significant event in the early biography of Mohireva was getting into the troupe of the musical "Scarlet Sails". And it happened like this - the teacher of the Sverdlovsk choir found out that the Musical Comedy Theater needed an artist for the role of Assol. She contacted the choirmaster Anna Emelyanova and proposed a talented pupil for this candidacy.
Veronica was auditioned, after which they decided to take her to the main team. The performer of the role shared that she had already read this work before the production. As a child, the main character seemed to her floating in the clouds, gentle and romantic in nature. When Mohireva started rehearsals, the opinion changed.
The first theatrical role was the beginning of a selfless love for the stage. Of course, not everything worked out for the young actress. But colleagues treated the debutante kindly, she hurried to each rehearsal with anticipation, and left with a sense of celebration.
Even then, the schoolgirl decided to become a singer and work in musicals. Therefore, with even greater perseverance, she began to develop natural talents. The victories were not long in coming - at the regional stage of the "Song knows no boundaries" contest, the youngest participant outperformed many professionals and took first place.
The future was predetermined. After school, she went to conquer the capital, submitting documents to RUTI-GITIS. The young singer decided to spend the waiting for the decision of the commission on the admission of applicants with benefit by filling out an application for participation in the Voice project. Positive responses from the institute and the show came at the same time. Veronica decided to stop learning, giving up the chance to win a TV show.
Music The career of the actress started as a student. At the Center for Drama and Directing, a pupil of Vladimir Pankov played in the performances "One-armed from Spokane" and "Factory Girl".
In 2019, a native of Yekaterinburg tried her luck on the television project One to One! ". For her number, the girl tried on the image of Lady Gaga and performed the song Born this way, delighting the judges with a phenomenal transformation.
The jury was delighted - Timur Rodriguez noted the professionalism of the participant, and Marina Fedunkiv praised the contestant for her "drive and crazy energy." According to the voting results, it turned out that Mohireva's project did not have enough points for the future fate. However, the judges decided to give her a chance. In the final, Veronika performed in the image of Aida Vedischeva with the composition "Forest Deer".
Although the artist failed to take first place, the show provided her with popularity.
Participation in filming and television programs went hand in hand with performances as part of the Spokane's Girls team. The group itself, as well as its name, was formed from the play "One-armed from Spokane" by Vladimir Pankov .
Soon the girls performed at the Moscow Spring ACapella contest, where they won first place. After that, they went to the Usadba Jazz festival in Sochi, from where they also returned with a victory. Spokane's Girls began to appear on the capital's venues with solo concerts, toured the country, broadcasting music to audiences of various genres.
The uniqueness of the group lies in an interesting legend of their origin - the girls talk about their homeland of Spokania before each performance. Vocalists often sing a cappella or use bowrans, triangles, spoons and basins to accompany them.
Veronika still performs as part of Spokane's Girls, while developing a new project ERONIKA. The acoustic version of BONJOUR's debut track, MTHRFCKR premiered on December 31, 2020, and on January 31, 2021, fans already saw the video for this song. The second single called Black Lord was released in autumn.
The plans of the singer was the development of the project. However, she found time to take a second chance by becoming a participant in the 10th season of the Voice show. At the "blind auditions", the artist sang Edith Piaf 's composition La vie en rose, having achieved the approval of all the judges. Mohireva chose Pelageya as a mentor . At the "fights" stage, her participation in the music competition came to an end. Yulia Plaksina remained to fight for victory .
Movies In 2019, a student of RUTI-GITIS played the role of an episodic character in the television series " Former ". In 2021, the actress's filmography was replenished with several projects at once.
On January 28, one of the most anticipated premieres of the year took place - the series " Swamps " written by Dmitry Glukhovsky . According to the plot, five Muscovites went to a monastery located in a remote village to look inside themselves. Veronica was invited to play one of the main characters of the film - Arina.
For an aspiring actress, this role has become very important in her career. She had to act in erotic scenes, and the performer was asked during the auditions if she was ready for this. Veronica did not see anything reprehensible in this, moreover, she considered that such techniques, if they "work for the situation", should take place in the cinema.
Participation in the series allowed Mohireva to liberate herself and gain new skills. But she herself brought curious details to the tape. For example, the image of Arina fully reflected her own vision of the performer. She came to the tests with "horns", and subsequently this detail was approved. And the actress also spied a curious reception from Anna Magnani , who never blinked in the frame. This "trick" also became part of the role of the heroine of the series "Swamp".
Next, the Green Mayor project was launched. In an interview, Veronika noted that for Russia this story has become much closer than the story of Glukhovsky, and reflected the current environmental reality in the country, including the health trend. On the set, the director of the series began the shift with meditation.- Aleksandr Sergeevich Demyanenko was born on May 30, 1937, in Ekaterinburg (Sverdlovsk), Russia. His father, named Sergei Demyanenko, was an actor in Moscow, but moved to live in Sverdlovsk in the 1930's. Young Aleksandr Demyanenko was spending much time with his father at his acting class. From the age of 9 to15 he went to Sverdlovsk Music School and studied singing and piano. He failed his entry exams at the Moscow Art Theatre in 1954, and became a student at the Law School of the Sverdlovsk University. From there Demyanenko escaped in less than a year.
In 1955, Demyanenko successfully passed all acting tests and became a student at the Moscow Thatre Institute, GITIS. There he was cast for his first film work, a supporting role in 'Veter' (1958), a film by directors Aleksandr Alov and Vladimir Naumov. Demyanenko graduated from the Moscow Theatre Institute (GITIS) in 1959, and worked as an actor at the Moscow Theatre of Mayakovsky under the directorship of Andrei Goncharov. He still did not have a place to live in Moscow, and was unsettled.
At that time Demyanenko played more roles in the films produced at the Lenfilm Studion in St. Petersburg (then Leningrad). There he was invited to have a permanent job as an actor with the Lenfilm Studio. The offer included an apartment. In 1961, Demyanenko moved to Leningrad, settled in a nice apartment and eventually built his 'Dacha' at the resort of Sosnovo, near Finland. He later married an assistant director from the Lenfilm Studios. He had no interest in going back to Moscow, and actually turned down many offers from the Moscow theatres and film studios.
Demyanenko shot to fame after he played the leading role of 'Shurik' in 'Operatsiya Y i drugie priklyucheniya Shurika' (1965), a popular comedy by director Leonid Gaidai. His next work with Leonid Gaidai in the comedy 'Kavkazskaya Plennitsa' (1966) was even more popular. It became a huge Soviet blockbuster. Gaidai made a well-crafted film where everything works just right. Natalya Varley with the team of four men - Demyanenko as 'Shurik', and his brilliant partners Yuriy Nikulin, Georgiy Vitsin, and Evgeniy Morgunov, created a memorable acting ensemble.
Demyanenko made a nice work in one of the best comedies from Leonid Gaidai, 'Ivan Vasilievich: Back to the Future'. In this film Demyanenko's character 'Shurik' builds a working Time Machine that throws a pair of Soviet jerks into the 16-th century Moscow under the Czar Ivan the Terrible. At the same time the Czar Ivan the Terrible goes into the year 1973 in the Soviet time Moscow. 'Shurik', played by Demyaneko, became a special character, that connected three comedies, directed by Leonid Gaidai.
His tremendous popularity in the character of 'Shurik' came at a painful price. Demyanenko was called 'Shurik' everywhere. That image got stuck in the public perception of actor Demyanenko. He was avoided by most film directors, because of his extreme popularity in the image of 'Shurik'. At that time he suffered from alcohol dependency. He also had a heart attack, which was not treated properly at that time. He briefly worked on stage at the Akimov Theatre of Comedy. He also went back to Lenfilm Studios, where he made voice-overs in more than 100 Russian and foreign films.
During his last years, from 1995-1999, Aleksandr Demyanenko worked on stage at the St. Petersburg Theatre 'Priyut Komedianta'. He died on August 22, 1999, of a heart failure, in St. Petersburg, Russia. - Camera and Electrical Department

Grigori Aleksandrov was a Soviet-Russian filmmaker best known as director of Volga - Volga (1938), The Circus (1936), and October (Ten Days that Shook the World) (1927), as well as co-star in Battleship Potemkin (1925) by director Sergei Eisenstein.
He was born Grigori Vasilyevich Mormonenko on January 23, 1903 in Ekaterinburg, Russia. His father, Vasili Mormonenko, was a worker. Young Aleksandrov was obsessed with acting and movies. At the age of 9 he was hired as a delivery boy at the Ekaterinburg Opera; there he eventually worked as an assistant dresser, electrician, decorator, and assistant director. He studied violin and piano at the Ekaterinburg School of Music, graduating in 1917. During the Russian Civil War of 1917-1920, he was road manager with the Theatre of Eastern Front of the Red Army. After the Civil War he graduated from the Directors Courses for Proletariat Theatre in Ekaterinburg, and was appointed Inspector of Arts at the Ekaterinburg Regional Administration. His job was to supervise theaters and to select films in compliance with the new ideology.
Aleksandrov met Eisenstein in 1921. They worked together on several stage productions in 1921-24. In 1923 Aleksandrov appeared as Glumov in a stage production of A. Ostrovsky's play at the Moscow Proletkult Theatre, directed by Eisenstein. They worked together on the scenario of their first films: 'Stachka' (1924) and 'Bronenosets Potemkin' (1925). They wrote and directed 'Oktyabr' (1927), a historical film made to look like a documentary about the Russian revolution. In 1929-1933 both Aleksandrov and Eisenstein were sent to study and work in Hollywood. Back in the Soviet Union Aleksandrov made a short documentary film titled 'International' (1932).
In 1933 Aleksandrov had a meeting with Joseph Stalin and Maxim Gorky at the Gorky's State Dacha near Moscow. Stalin offered the oportunity to Aleksandrov to make a musical comedy for the Soviet people. 'Veselye Rebyata' (aka.. Jolly fellows) was completed in 1934, starring Leonid Utyosov and Lyubov Orlova. 'Veselye Rebyata' became the #1 box office hit in Russia and was awarded at the Venice Film Festival. Leonid Utyosov and Lyubov Orlova became instant celebrities, and songs by composer Isaak Dunaevskiy became popular hits in the Soviet Union.
Aleksandrov directed and edited the documentary of Stalin's speech about the Soviet constitution, titled 'Doklad tov. Stalina o proekte Konstitutsii SSSR na VIII Chresvychaynom S'ezde Sovetov' (1937). After that Aleksandrov returned to making comedies. Aleksandrov's wife, Lyubov Orlova, starred in almost all of his feature films, such as 'Tsirk' (1936), 'Volga-Volga' (1938), 'Svetly Put' (1940), 'Vesna' (1947) among his other films. His 1930s comedies remained rather popular among several generations of viewers in the Soviet Union, as well as internationally. In 1942 Joseph Stalin sent a copy of Volga - Volga (1938) to American president Franklin D. Roosevelt.
However, Aleksandrov's success came at a painful price, as he suffered from many attacks by some less fortunate and envious filmmakers, as well as from blackmailing by invisible and anonymous enemy. In 1938 Aleksandrov's colleagues, cinematographer Vladimir Nilsen, and producer Boris Shumyatskiy, were executed by the firing squad for anti-government activities. At the same time both Aleksandrov and Orlova were falsely accused of spying for the Nazi Germany, but were cleared of all charges.
During the 1950s he taught directing at State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK). His last films had little success, and some, like 'Skvorets i lira' (1973) were not even released in theaters. Aleksandrov also made a few documentaries, including one about Lenin, and one about his wife, star actress Lyubov Orlova.
Grigori Aleksandrov received the Stalin's Prize twice (1941, 1950), the Order of Lenin twice (1939, 1950), the Order of Red Star (1938), and the Order of the Red Banner twice (1963, 1967). He was designated People's Actor of the USSR. Grigori Aleksandrov died of kidney infection on December 16, 1983, at the Kremlin Hospital in Moscow, and was laid to rest next to his wife, Lyubov Orlova in Novodevichy Cemetery, Moscow, Russia.- Second Unit Director or Assistant Director
