Erin Tillman, CSE (she/her) is a Certified Intimacy Coordinator, Certified Sex Educator, Consent & Connection Empowerment Coach, Author, and Speaker based in Los Angeles. She is serving on the LA Local SAG-AFTRA Sexual Harassment committee and is a board member of the Junior Hollywood Radio & Television Society (JHRTS). In 2018, Erin was awarded the Gender Equity Champion Award presented by the California National Organization for Women (NOW). For over 10 years, she has been dedicated to making conversations and experiences around consent, identity, and allyship less taboo and more easily digestible. She has contributed to Lifetime, Buzzfeed, Elle Magazine, Men's Health, Washington Post, and more. Erin also has worked in the tv/film business for almost 20 years, both in front of, and behind the camera and has a vast knowledge of the inner-workings of tv/film production, including work as a wardrobe stylist, stand-in, actress, print model, and production assistant. Erin also has training and certifications in the areas of sexuality education, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging), Mental Health First Aid, and Kink/BDSM. This range of experiences creates the perfect blend of skills to help facilitate conversations around boundaries and safety, while also being a cheerleader for the creative process.

In 2021, The Consent Guidebook was selected by AASECT (The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) to receive their 2021 General Audience Book Award.
